Ahhhh, i'm here blogging because...
I CAN'T TALK, AS IN I LOST MY VOICE AND SO I HAVE TO RESORT TO TYPING!!!!

Today's supposed to be a good day (i finally have the time to watch movie in the afternoon!!!) but i woke up and to my horror, i couldn't even CROAK.

I sort of anticipated that my voice would turn hoarse after coughing violently last night, so i tried saying " HI " in the toilet before i came out. But the hi became, some horrible noise, wait could i even MAKE NOISE this morn?! i even contemplated to avoid speaking to my dad though..it failed.

OH MY! what's more, there's performance in school ( not worth blogging about, ahaha) and my mode of communication for the day was: WHISPERING (plus texting).
Only jefferson yunxiu joel shan managed to hear my disgusting 'voice'. -_-

ARGH! ok i can finally see the beauty of communicating verbally. BUT SO WHAT!!! NOW ALL I CAN DO IS TO WHISPER. DESPERATELY WHISPERING TO THE QUARTET MEMBERS IN SCHOOL JUST NOW, WHISPER TO MY BROTHER WHISPER TO MY MUM WHISPER TO MY DAD. (lol sounds like i have a lot of secrets to share. whisperwhisperrrrrarghhhhhh)

Yesterday's sports carnival at Sentosa was GREAT FUN :D

First time trying tough rugby, and oh boy, it's quite a violent game!! I ended up eating sand, getting bruises. Plus morning's paddle race (which i didn't know how to use the paddle -.-), i ended up using my arms and splashed crazily like a mad woman in the sea.

This week's learning fest + sports carn was a break from normal school days. Yeah i totally love such days, though i'm aching all over, from shoulders to legs to my butt?! wth i can't even sit /sleep properly.

Now it's......back to reality ! bleah

Back from SSO's Rush Hour Concert.
We (me, joel, nic, joelene) literally RUSHED all the way from the MRT to the concert hall so that we would be ON time!

Dinner with Joel and Nic after the concert (ok, theoretically...it's not AFTER the concert..we left half way! whoops -.-) was grreat!

We spent 2 hours talking/ laughing/ eating, and not forgetting pathetically waiting for seats at Mos Burger for 10+ mins before giving up.

As usual, nic was damn s.p.a.s.t.i.c.

OUR ROCKIN' HONOURS!

This shall be the happiest day in the year 2007!!! :D

The sense of satisfaction and joy are simply overwhelming and heartwaming!
Although the whole process SYF just passed like.. like that.
Yes, like what zara said, it was all over within minutes though we tried our best to savour and recall every moment of our sweet success.

It was a tough time for everyone in the ensem. We laughed together, got scolded together and practised our butts off together. But all these were worth is, I must say. All our efforts, including encouragements from alumni, our Year 5s seniors :) and dedications from Ms Ku and other teacher instructors were paid off on this every day.

This whole SYF preparation was quite a grueling experience for me, and committee 06-07 and i believed that this had made us, as DUNMAN HIGH STRING ENSEMBLE a more bonded team, a great big family! :) Oh yes, i must also thank Shi Mei for all her encouragement and support (through MSN and long distant smses, lol). Thank you thank you!

OMGOMG I'M SOOOOO HAPPY!! :D
I still remembered the horrendous waiting for our results this afternoon. gosh! Everthing passed so quickly that i was stunned for a few seconds. The happiness was just so tremendous! (WHEE)
Then yx said me and nicole were laughing away and (trying) to lame around when everyone was so tensed up. Haha well, hell no! I was actually damn scared lah. Oh well, i have many more things i wanna say but i just cant seem to put them into words.. zzz

Being a part of the DHSSE family means A LOT to me and it's really the passion and love for this cca which drives me going. YAY! Way to go, dhsse!
